Estimates suggest that Russian poultry exports have more than quadrupled in the past seven years.
In recent months, the country’s producers have made great efforts to reach markets such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa.
Published statistics in this regard confirm that the volume of poultry exports in 2019 reached 209.000 tons. Meanwhile, the country’s exports in 2013 were only 54.000 tons.
Some analysts believe that poultry exports from this country will exceed 300,000 tons by the end of 2020 and will increase by 10% by 2021.
Meanwhile, published reports indicate that the price of poultry feed in Russia has increased by more than 10% since the beginning of this year. This problem can cause serious problems for the country’s exporters if the necessary support is not approved by the decision-making authorities.
Under such circumstances, we have to wait and see how the producers of the poultry industry in this country will overcome the problems they face.
