Animal protein manufacturers in Brazil are trying to use Blockchain technology to increase the traceability of their products and sharpen consumer confidence levels.
According to some informed people, this system is being implemented and commissioned by IBM on behalf of the Brazilian Arab Chamber of Commerce.
The design of this system has been followed for customers to have reference centers to obtain more information about the purchased products, if necessary.
Researchers believe that the ultimate goal of the implementers of this project is to increase the confidence of Muslim consumers of Brazilian-made animal proteins, and in this way, the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture and Halal certification centers will be used as references.
According to assessments, the project will be operational in the next two months.
